First Chassidisch “Tish” Celebrated in Modi’in Since its Establishment

Four years ago, the Sadigura Rabbi (“Rebbe”) Schlita gave a shiur in Modi’in when our Synagogue was merely a frame! He was joined by the Gadol HaDor (Great Rabbi of the Generation), the HaTzadik (The Righteous) Rabbi Avraham Gnichuvsky Rosh Yeshiva Chebin Z”L and our good friend Mr. Zvica Reisman. Tuesday May 12, 2015 once again we had the honor to host the Sadigura Rebbe Schlita, HaRav Tzvi Yisroel Moshe Friedman, who celebrated a “Tish” in our newly completed and dedicated Synagogue. Two Hundred and Fifty people packed the Synagogue, hanging on his every word. Everyone who participated was elated and elevated. Prayer Alert!

Erev Rosh Chodesh Sivan Monday, May 18, 2015 is an auspicious time to recite the Special Prayer of Ha'Shelah HaKodesh, the great Sage/Gadol HaDor, Rabbi Yeshayahu Halevi Horowitz ZT"L because it is the eve of the month in which Jews received the Torah at Mt. Sinai. With G-d’s help on that date, thousands of women from our Women’s’ Chavruta program will be traveling to pray at the grave of Ha'Shelah HaKodesh in Tiberias. We would be honored to pray for you and/or your loved ones. Please respond to this email with the names of those for whom you wish us to pray and specify the request (for example: to find their life’s partner, success, salary, health, etc.) associated with each name. For example the name should be written Devora bas Naomi or Reuven ben Malka [__________ bat or ben _____________ (mother’s name)] to find his or her partner or for return to health. Monday, May 25 Sefer Torah Dedication in the Aravah!

With G-d’s help on Monday May 25, 2015 immediately after Shavuos in Israel (second day of Shavuos outside of Israel), we will be dedicating a Sefer Torah at Kibbutz Ein Yahav in the Aravah. The Aravah is an area in Israel just north of Eilat. This Kibbutz actually grows most of the fruit and vegetables that sustain those living in the Aravah. Ein Yahav participated in our Shemittah (Sabbatical for the land 7th year in a cycle in which the land lies fallow) program. We invite everyone to join us for this wonderful event.
