The speakers included: Dr. Menachem Chaim Breuer, (Deputy Medical Director and Representative of the Rabbinical Committee for Medical Ethics, specializing in ethics, medicine and Halacha) Rabbi Chaim Reich, Mr. & Mrs. Ami Bar Am, and Professor Binyamin Gomel (originally from Brazil a righteous convert to Judaism). Each gave his unique perspective on how to cope, whether be it with an elderly relative who is dying or helping young frum girls understand they are not required to take vaccinations mandated by the government; making a decisions when we lack clarity, when we are “in the dark”; making a marriage work where one partner is religious and the other is not; and finally bringing to bear various modalities ranging from dance, self-defense, acrobatics, music, game play and philosophy.
